El fallo, dictado por el Juzgado Federal de Campana, responde a una acci\u00f3n de amparo y, si bien sus efectos se limitan al caso particular, establece un importante precedente judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La decisi\u00f3n judicial declar\u00f3 espec\u00edficamente la invalidez del Art\u00edculo 3 del Decreto 534\/2025, mediante el cual el Poder Ejecutivo vet\u00f3 por completo la Ley 27.793.
